Mark Ruffalo had had an array of roles that keep us wanting more. Last year it was he portrayal of Ned Weeks in “The Normal Heart” that broke our hearts. His next project will be playing Mike Rezendez in the true story “Spotlight”. The film will tell the story of the Boston Globe Newspaper reporters that investigated and broke the story of the Catholic Priests child molestation scandal. The team reveled that the priest scandal went a lot further than a single isolated incident. It was an astonishing revelation and should make for an interesting story to tell.

Tom McCarthy (writer of Up) will take on Directing with Ruffalo the lead reporter with the rest of his team including Liev Scriber, Michael Keaton and Rachel McAdams. The film is currently in production and will be release sometime 2015.
